Ingredients

  • 23 oz (60–85 g) pastrami

  • 1 slice Swiss cheese

  • 1 brioche bun

  • 1 tbsp Dijon-mayo mix

  • 1 tsp butter


Instructions

  • Season and cook the burger 3–4 min per side.

  • Melt cheese on top during last minute.

  • Heat pastrami until warm.

  • Toast bun with butter.
