Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or preferred meat)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

½ cup beef broth

1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 cups all-purpose flour

6–7 tablespoons cold water

1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and carrots until soft.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Stir in tomato paste, peas, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour in broth and simmer until thickened. Let the filling cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then cut in cold butter until crumbly.

Add cold water gradually and form a smooth dough. Chill 10–15 minutes.
