Ingredients

~10–12 jalapeños, halved & seeded

Cream cheese, softened

Shredded cheddar (or blend)

Garlic (minced or powder)

Chives or green onion

Salt & pepper

Bacon (optional)

Panko or breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to ~400 °F (200 °C).

Halve jalapeños lengthwise; remove seeds/membranes.

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, chives, salt & pepper.

Stuff each pepper half with the mixture.

(Optional) Wrap with bacon or sprinkle breadcrumbs.

Bake about 18–22 minutes until bubbly and crisp.
