Instructions

Season cooled rice, wet hands, shape balls (with filling, if using).

Chill the balls 20–30 min to firm up.

Dip each ball in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil, turning to brown all sides (~3–5 min per side).

Drain, glaze or drizzle sauce, serve warm.
