4 cups (450 g) shredded russet potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp cornstarch

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.

Rinse, drain, and dry potatoes thoroughly.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Spread evenly on pan and press lightly.

Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
