Ingredients

  • 4 cups (450 g) shredded russet potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.

  • Rinse, drain, and dry potatoes thoroughly.

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Spread evenly on pan and press lightly.

  • Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
