Cranberry Chicken Meatballs (Sweet, Tangy & Easy!)

Description

Juicy chicken meatballs coated in a sweet-tangy cranberry glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry sauce

  • ½ cup (60 g) breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shape into 1-inch balls and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 min.

  3. Heat cranberry sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar until bubbly.

  4. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce and coat evenly.

  5. Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
