Juicy chicken meatballs coated in a sweet-tangy cranberry glaze.
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground chicken

1 cup (240 ml) cranberry sauce

½ cup (60 g) breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp ketchup

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Shape into 1-inch balls and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 min.

Heat cranberry sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar until bubbly.

Toss baked meatballs in the sauce and coat evenly.

Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
