A creamy, refreshing chicken salad perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) cooked chicken, shredded

  • ½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 stalk celery, diced

  • 2 tbsp red onion, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add chicken, celery, and onion. Stir until well combined.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  4. Chill before serving or enjoy immediately.
