2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 diced onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried thyme

1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

Place chicken, veggies, and onion in crock pot.

Mix soup, broth, garlic, and thyme. Pour over chicken.

Cook LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.

Shred chicken, stir back in.

Place biscuits on top, cook 1 hr HIGH.

Serve hot with filling + biscuit topping.
