Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • Salt, pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook pasta and set aside.

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic.

  • Stir in sauce, mustard, and seasonings.

  • Mix with pasta, milk, and half cheese.

  • Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake 20–25 min until bubbly and golden.
