A creamy, melty ground beef casserole with all the flavors of a cheeseburger.

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 cup tomato sauce

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

8 oz (225 g) pasta

½ cup milk

1 small onion, chopped

2 tbsp mustard

Salt, pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta and set aside.

Brown beef with onion and garlic.

Stir in sauce, mustard, and seasonings.

Mix with pasta, milk, and half cheese.

Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese.
